Suburban retrofit

 

Addison Circle
Addison Circle is a first-ring suburb of Dallas. This 80 acre high-density, mixed-use urban residential district supports 3,500 residential units (lofts, townhouses and apartments), and four million square feet of office, hotel and retail space.
   

 
Legacy Park
Located in North Dallas, Legacy Park is a large, master-planned corporate campus from the late 1980's. DPS collaborated with RTKL Architects and Post Properties, a firm known for its high-density apartment developments, to design a mixed-use town center on a 180-acre parcel site. The project seeks to enhance the quality of life for the Legacy tenants and their employees.
 
Glenwood Park
Glenwood Park is a 28 acre redevelopment in Atlanta, Georgia, located on a former industrial site that most recently had been a concrete recycling facility. The plan includes 350 housing units (single and multi family), market rate and affordable rental, live/work, mixed-use and civic buildings, green and open space, offices (20,000 square feet) designed around a classic main street environment.
